Why keep notes in the same app
Investing decisions are easier to review when your reasoning sits beside your trades. The Workspace pages are for that: they do not change your portfolio numbers, but they make the numbers easier to act on.
Task Manager
Task Manager handles a prioritised backlog, deadline reminders, recurring reminders (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly) and a separate memory list. Completing a recurring task moves it to its next date instead of deleting it.
Good uses: advance-tax dates, FD maturities, portfolio review days and research follow-ups. Due items appear in the bell in the header.

Reads and Stock Journal
Reads is a long-form rich-text space with tabs for daily reads, todos and stock checklists. It autosaves and builds a table of contents from your headings.
Stock Journal keeps dated notes per stock, newest first. Record why you bought, what would change your mind and what happened afterwards, and link it back to Stock Analysis.
